What a lovely spot While it is a destination eatery, it really is a rewarding find as you are welcomed into a beautiful, cosy atmosphere. The menu was explained well, along with portion sizes so we could navigate what to order. We ordered all of the starters (between 4ppl) and they were all fantastic! The honey burrata, hazelnut pumpkin and meatballs were my favourite The pasta mains were all really great - and just the right size to make sure we had space for the tiramisu - this is lovely, not too sweet - a perfect end to the evening. The owner, and all of the team were really attentive and helpful throughout. We also enjoyed learning about some of the produce and how, where possible, a lot of it is from female business owners around the world. In a world of copy and paste, it was super refreshing to be here and enjoy what is clearly, a passion project! Well done - I would recommend Darlings and i’ll be back in the future, for sure

Oh my goodness there is not a single dish on the menu that isn’t utterly DELICIOUS. From the focaccia to the tiramisu - some of the best I’ve had of both. Other must try’s are the meatballs, fish cakes and the sausage and fennel pasta (insane). I spent a beautiful, cosy candlelit Saturday night here with friends and we had the best time!! Can’t wait to come back soon & highly recommend Darlings as one of the best Italians in east London
We had the best time at the Darling's Eatery Pasta Making class. Such a lovely afternoon in an absolutely gorgeous space. The class was accessible but really informative - and Egle was lovely and a really good, hands on teacher. I knew they would cook the pasta we made for us to eat, but I did not expected the stunning spread of a meal they put together for us to accompany the pasta dishes. Possibly the best focaccia I've ever had. Definitely want to go back soon now just for the restaurant. Would highly recommend!
Had the most amazing night at Darlings! The food is 10/10, fresh flavours and ingredients and beautiful presentation! The restaurant is warm and aesthetic and the perfect place for a date night or to catch up with a group of friends. The pasta was some of the best I’ve had ever and tiramisu is a game changer. The staff are lovely, you have to go and try it yourself!
As somebody who eats a plant based diet and was so happy and impressed by the way the team was able to accomodate my diatary restrictions - they check with the chef and told me what was already plant based or they were able to prepare in a way to suit my diet. The food was delicious and drinks as well, the ambient beautiful and the service was kind, attentive. The experience was really nice and I'll make sure to be back the next time I'm in London.

Had what felt like an intimate dinner party at Darling's with close friends. The food and drinks were amazing. We had a tasting menu-esque meal where we got a taste of the entire menu. Every dish was exquisite and I would recommend anyone to go!
